My stay at Hotel Marine Line was disappointing. The condition of the hotel was far from what I expected. The lift was often out of service, forcing me to climb to the 3rd floor, which was quite bothersome. The cleanliness was lacking, with visible stains and an overall unkempt feel.
The Deluxe Double Room was in bad shape. Dirty bedsheets and odd smells made it difficult to feel comfortable.
I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. Overall service was non-existent.
While the location was decent, it did not make up for the hotel's many issues. I struggled with amenities that were advertised but unavailable.
Dining options were not up to par. Basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were missing, forcing me to purchase items outside.
The facilities were extremely lacking. No housekeeping or proper laundry services were provided, which added to my frustrations.
